Mantrailing with Top End K9
What is Mantrailing?
Mantrailing is a scent-based dog sport where your dog learns to follow a specific human scent trail. Originally developed for search and rescue and professional detection work, mantrailing is now a rewarding and accessible activity for pet owners. Using your dog’s natural ability to follow scent, mantrailing builds focus, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a safe and structured environment.

Winter & Lee
Since starting mantrailing with @topendk9 last year her confidence has grown not just to find people but from overcoming her fear of travelling in a car, thunder and being around other dogs. Watching her today has made me feel really proud of her enthusiasm to get into the car and go find her trail layer.

Chip & Kristy
I signed Chip up for Mantrailing in April 24 and we’ve not stopped participating in the sport since. A sport that allows us to get out in to nature, do his thing, use his nose and get reinforced for it at the end is our kind of thing. It’s the only sport that allows the lil man to express his excitement but also control it at the same time. Love seeing him work a trail, work through the challenging aspects and succeed at the end.
